Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Request for return must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
Please note that due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, texture, or design are normal and are not considered defects. Returns for these reasons may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items damaged due to improper care or misuse
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or a wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide a description of the defect and photographs, if possible, when you contact us.
Wrong item replacement cannot be claimed if it is a customised order.
Refunds for International Orders
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the original currency used for the transaction, and fluctuations in exchange rates may result in a different refund amount than the original payment.
