At Strawbiz, we strive to ensure that your handmade products reach you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing times, shipping costs, and international deliveries.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Handcrafted Items: Please note that certain products are made-to-order or custom-made. These items may require additional time to prepare. Estimated production times will be provided on the product page.
  • Shipping Delays: In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., holidays, weather conditions), processing times may be delayed. We will notify you if there are significant delays in shipping your order.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the items ordered. Available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times include:

  • Shipping within India: 5-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days

Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to various international destinations. Please be aware of the following for international orders:

  • Customs and Import Taxes: International shipping charges are listed on checkout. 
  • Delivery Time: While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, international shipping times can vary due to customs processing, local delivery services, and other factors beyond our control.
  • Prohibited Countries: Unfortunately, we do not ship to certain countries due to restrictions. If your country is not available during checkout, it may be restricted.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier or the destination country.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@strawbiz.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos if possible.
  2. Resolution: We will work with you to either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

For lost packages:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package still cannot be found, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping details after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible to correct the address.
