Product Information

All products sold on Strawbiz are handmade, artisanal handicrafts. Due to the nature of handcrafted goods, there may be slight variations in color, design, and texture between the images on our website and the actual products received. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the product’s true appearance.


Ordering and Payment

  • Order Process: By placing an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product subject to availability and these terms. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal for Global payments in addition to UPI and Net banking for India. 
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and applicable taxes are as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.


Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Times: We ship to 50+ countries. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items purchased.
  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, customs duties, and import taxes may apply as shown on the checkout page. 


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: You have 7 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You will have to bear the cost for return delivery. Write to us at contact@strawbiz.com to initiate the return process. 
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 15 days.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, please contact us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
